👳🏼♂ Lala Lajpat Rai's 158th birth anniversary💠 Lala Lajpat Rai was a prominent Nationalist Leader who played an important role in India's struggle for freedom, was born on January 28, in the year 1865, in Punjab.
💠He was popularly known as Punjab Kesari (Sher-e-Punjab).
💠1894 - Established the Punjab National Bank on May 19 as the special step in constructive Swadeshi.
💠1897 - Founded the Hindu Orphan Relief Movement to keep british missions from securing custody of orphans.
💠He passed away on November 17, 1928.
